One of my favourite things about Beverly Hills is that there’s always something new to discover. Right now, what I find especially exciting is how fashion brands are creating experiences that go far beyond shopping.
You can browse a beautiful flagship, enjoy an incredible meal, and really spend time soaking in the atmosphere. It makes shopping feel much more immersive and gives visitors another reason to linger and explore.
When it comes to fashion, we’re continuing to see incredible investment from the world’s leading luxury houses.

Bulgari unveiled its stunning new multi-level flagship on Rodeo Drive in November 2025. Dior opened its new North Rodeo Drive flagship in November 2025, complete with Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, an elegant dining concept from the Michelin-starred chef that beautifully blends luxury retail with an exceptional culinary experience.
Looking ahead, LVMH is building a $1 billion, 105,214-square-foot Louis Vuitton mega-flagship at 468 N. Rodeo Drive. Construction is expected to begin in late 2026, with the flagship slated to open in 2029.
Beverly Drive has also become an up-and-coming destination, with exciting new businesses opening along the street. Brands like Veronica Beard, L’AGENCE, and Cinq à Sept have joined the iconic Erewhon, making it the perfect place to shop, grab a smoothie or a bite from the hot bar, and see what all the buzz is about.

Our dining scene is just as exciting, with celebrated chefs and internationally recognized restaurants continuing to choose Beverly Hills.
Some of my recent favourites include Gemma, the California-inspired Pan-Asian rooftop restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills; Bad Roman, the beloved New York restaurant that recently made its West Coast debut in Beverly Hills; Azur, bringing a taste of the French Riviera to the city; and Baldi, a steak house with incredible house-made pastas has quickly become one of the city’s most sought-after dining destinations.
And later this year, Malka, a contemporary kosher restaurant, will open at SIXTY Beverly Hills over Labor Day weekend, adding another exciting culinary experience to the neighbourhood.

One of the things I admire most about our hotels is that they’re always finding thoughtful ways to elevate the guest experience while maintaining their unique personalities.
Hôtel Lili, which opened in April 2026 as part of the Pali Society collection, has transformed a charming 1930s residence into an intimate 44-room boutique hotel. With its quiet, residential feel, private atmosphere, and more approachable price point, it offers a different side of Beverly Hills luxury.
L’Ermitage Beverly Hills recently refreshed its rooftop destination, Poza, which offers beautiful 360-degree views of Beverly Hills, along with enhancements to its concierge and reception areas.

The Peninsula Beverly Hills has upgraded its rooftop pool deck with enhanced cabanas and additional guest amenities.
Looking ahead, I’m especially excited about Aman Beverly Hills, which will introduce the ultra-luxury hospitality brand to the city as part of the transformative One Beverly Hills development. It’s one of the most anticipated hotel openings and further reinforces Beverly Hills as a leader in luxury hospitality.

Without question, Euro Caffe. It’s one of those places that many locals cherish because it feels like you’ve stumbled into a little corner of Europe tucked away in Beverly Hills. It’s warm, welcoming, and has that authentic neighbourhood charm.
It’s a wonderful reminder that while Beverly Hills is known for glamour and luxury, it also has these intimate, local spots that make you feel completely at home.

It’s been an exciting year for Beverly Hills. We welcomed visitors from around the world during the FIFA World Cup, and it was wonderful to see the energy and international spirit throughout the city.
To celebrate, several of our hotel and restaurant partners participated in Culinary Goals, creating limited-time dishes and cocktails inspired by countries competing in the tournament. It was a fun way to showcase our incredible culinary scene while giving visitors a unique taste of Beverly Hills.

Australia continues to be one of our most important international markets, and we always love welcoming Australian visitors. Looking ahead, we’re excited to build on that momentum as Los Angeles prepares to host the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
It’s another incredible opportunity to introduce even more international travellers to everything Beverly Hills has to offer, from our hotels and restaurants to our shopping, arts, and wellness experiences.

Stay in style at The Maybourne Beverly Hills
When Maybourne Hotel Group opened the company’s first property in Los Angeles in 2023, it firmly upped the accommodation ante in Beverly Hills, bringing European luxury style and epic dining just steps away from Rodeo Drive.
The Maybourne Beverly Hills is one of the most exciting new hotels in Los Angeles. It spans nine floors with panoramic sun filled balconies, overlooking the Beverly Cañon Gardens, dotted with swaying palm trees and verdant gardens.

Maybourne’s guestrooms and suites were artfully designed in collaboration with designer Bryan O’Sullivan, resulting in bright, spacious interiors with bespoke furniture and a soothing Californian pastel palette, but all with a European flair.
“An exquisite blend of superlative design and contemporary comfort, our new luxury rooms and suites are a sanctuary from which to discover a city steeped in Hollywood history and cultural cachet,” says The Maybourne Beverly Hills General Manager, Sam Jagger.
Atop the hotel is the heated rooftop pool and private cabanas, with food and drinks – sip on a freshly-squeezed juice and enjoy a light salad or treat yourself to a chilled glass of rosé and a selection of sharing snacks – from one of Los Angeles’ best bars and restaurants, Dante.

Wayfarer’s favourite hotel bar in Los Angeles, Dante arrived at the property in Spring 2023 and brought a taste of Australia and New York City to the roof of the Maybourne Beverly Hills in stunning fashion.
Dante hails from Greenwich Village in New York City and opened in 2015 before quickly earning some of the world’s most major awards in the bar and restaurant industry, including number one and number two on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, Time Out New York’s Bar of the Year, and World’s Best Bar and Best American Restaurant Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
