Video: American VP Kurt Stache on how the airline is addressing Coronavirus

Airlines across the world are changing the way they operate in the wake of the Coronavirus crisis, from altering networks to modifying food and beverage operations.

In this video, American Airlines‘ Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Kurt Stache, provides an update on how the airline is addressing Coronavirus (COVID-19) through a range of measures to ensure the travelling public is safe and comfortable.

Stache explains the company’s new relaxed seating policy and reduced food and beverage service to help customers and team members practice social distancing.

He also explains additional Admirals Club closures and service changes, and lastly, he details the temporary suspension of checked pets (in-cabin pets and emotional support animals are still allowed).
