Set to open in the second quarter of 2026, the 59-room property will be a compact, design-led upscale hotel in one of the country’s most dynamic cities within Radisson Hotel Group’s development strategy ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The hotel will be operated by Mandala Hotels and Resorts and branded with the global Radisson chain.

The hotel’s public areas will include a vibrant social and entertainment space on the lower ground level, complemented by dedicated workstations, creating an easy flow between work and downtime for corporate, government, and leisure guests.

Housed in a five-storey building, the hotel will benefit from strong visibility and a prominent heritage façade, with frontage along Turbot Street, a key arterial road in Brisbane’s CBD.
The combination of character, location, and upgraded design will position the hotel to capture demand across corporate, government, and leisure segments.
