TFE Hotels’ Adina-branded hotel at Barrack Plaza in Perth’s CBD has undergone a AU$4 million refurbishment led by owner, Serene Capital.
The refresh of Adina Barrack Plaza, with design and turnkey delivery by Hospitality International, sees upgraded guest rooms and corridors, and a revitalised hotel lobby.
All studios and apartments now feature water-inspired design elements, custom-designed king beds, new herringbone carpets, feature walls, upgraded bathrooms and kitchens, and outdoor furniture.
“With apartment sizes ranging from 32 sqm to 101 sqm, and big balconies overlooking West Perth and Northbridge, Adina Barrack Plaza offers a spacious, residential feel that’s ideal for corporate travellers during the week and leisure guests on weekends,” said TFE Hotels Group Chief Operating Officer, Chris Sedgwick.
“It’s also a great fit for families and long-stay visitors, especially with the new ECU city campus just around the corner.”
New technology additions include smart TVs, upgraded Wi-Fi, door locks, and improved air conditioning, alongside a full overhaul of FF&E and back-of-house infrastructure.
Commenting on the project, Serene Capital CEO and Co-founder, Glen Boultwood, said, “The refurbishment enhances the liveability of the rooms, making Adina the preferred option for families, groups, and extended stay guests in Perth’s CBD.”
