Mondrian Gold Coast introduces luxury Beach Houses

by Ruth Hogan

Mondrian Gold Coast has unveiled its two highly anticipated Beach Houses, designed by Los Angeles–based design firm, Studio Carter, in keeping with the hotel’s accommodation offering.

The self-contained two- and three-bedroom private residences, both spanning two levels, offer an elevated residential-style experience with hotel services.

The 242sqm Two-bedroom Beach House accommodates four guests with one king and one twin/king bedroom, both with ensuites. The residence includes a private magnesium plunge pool, generous terrace and full kitchen

The Three-bedroom Beach House, standing at 244sqm, can host up to six guests with three bedrooms – two king and one twin/king – and the same amenities in a layout designed for entertaining and extended stays.

With an entrance via the hotel lobby and direct access to the Esplanade, both Beach Houses feature full-sized kitchens, standalone bars, expansive terraces, laundry facilities and indoor-outdoor living spaces.

The sandy-toned interiors include warm timber accents, fluid lines and organic materials, reflecting the design narrative across the hotel.

Beach house guests receive expedited in-suite check-in, gourmet welcome basket, a personal host and direct point of contact for the duration of the stay, daily à la carte breakfast, steam and press service for up to three garments per day and daily turndown.

Additional tailored experiences can be arranged via the personal host including a private chef, spa and beauty appointments, VIP restaurant and bar reservations, shopping services or local attraction bookings.
