The offerings are once more elevating Hôtel Martinez, a member of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, as one of the best hotels in the South of France for a holiday this northern hemisphere summer.

Hôtel Martinez has introduced La Guinguette du Martinez, a seasonal dining concept inspired by the traditional French guinguette, taking place every Monday throughout the summer.
Held in the hotel’s Jardin du Sud with décor including lantern garlands and lemon trees, La Guinguette du Martinez features live music with staff wearing period-inspired attire to reflect the atmosphere of the French Riviera during the early 20th century.
The spritz bar features a colour scheme inspired by the contrast between the Mediterranean Sea and the red rock of the Estérel massif.
The menu – priced at €95 per person, including a starter, main course, dessert, spritz cocktail, mineral water and a hot beverage – was created by Chef Alexandre Elia with a focus on seasonal ingredients and regional flavours, and begins with a selection of dishes designed for sharing including burrata with locally grown tomatoes and pesto, sea bass carpaccio with peach and verbena, and smoked veal tartare with tonnato sauce.
A central barbecue serves grilled marinated prawns, seasonal vegetables and Provençal tians, alongside other dishes prepared over an open flame.

For the first time, guests are invited to begin their day at La Plage du Martinez, with breakfast served beachside among the beach club’s iconic director’s chairs.
The experience is available to guests residing in sea view rooms, suites, prestige suites and penthouse apartments, as well as those with World of Hyatt Globalist status. It runs until 30 August and is served daily from 8.00am to 10.30am.
During the Cannes Pyrotechnic Art Festival, guests at Hôtel Martinez can experience front-row views of one of the Riviera’s most spectacular summer events over dinner at La Plage du Martinez.
This internationally renowned fireworks competition is held over the Bay of Cannes, featuring pyro-musical displays choreographed by leading musical artists. Available on July 14 and 22, and August 4, 15 and 24.

Beyond dining, La Plage du Martinez will host a full season of entertainment throughout the summer.
Latino Nights take place every Wednesday until 26 August, from 7.30pm, followed by DJ Evenings every Thursday until 27 August, from 7.00pm, and Magician Performances every Sunday until 30 August, from 7.30pm.
