The brand new, purpose-built Holiday Inn Werribee is set to open its doors in central Werribee, Victoria, tomorrow (Jul 30).

Featuring 150 contemporary and modern rooms, an open lobby, onsite bar and restaurant and versatile meeting spaces, Holiday Inn Werribee is an exciting addition to one of Melbourne’s fastest growing suburbs.

Holiday Inn Werribee General Manager, Preston Miskelly, said his team was excited to open their doors and welcome their first guests to Werribee.

“Reliably familiar, yet refreshingly different, Holiday inn Werribee is a comfortable and inviting home away from home,” he said.

“We are especially excited about our open lobby with its floor to ceiling windows and amazing views, not only does it give our guests a warm and welcoming place to relax, work or socialise, it is also home to our modern restaurant and bar. It is the ideal location to enjoy dinner or drinks with family and friends as you watch the sun go down.”

“With current border closures in place, we encourage Victorian’s to consider a staycation with us, enjoying a mid-week break or weekend away discovering all that Werribee has to offer. Guests can currently take advantage of our opening special, offering 50% off the standard rate of overnight stays,” Miskelly said.

Encompassing the top four floors of 22 Synnot Street, Werribee, the hotel offers views over Werribee and towards Melbourne’s city skyline. Offering comfortable and modern short stay accommodation, guests will feel right at home in Holiday Inn Werribee’s spacious, modern light-filled rooms, each featuring comfortable bedding, large TVs and free unlimited high speed WiFi.

A first for the Holiday Inn brand within Australasia, Holiday Inn Werribee features an ‘Open Lobby’ concept, that has been designed with the needs of the modern traveller in mind.

The Open Lobby provides flexible spaces for guests to unwind and socialise, featuring a lounge area and an E-Bar giving guests free access to computers, power points and wireless printing.

Within the Open Lobby, all-day-dining venue Rosana Bistro and Bar will serve up modern Australian cuisine with a menu full of fresh local produce, sourced from within the Werribee region.

At Holiday Inn Werribee, families are well catered for as all children under 12 stay and eat for free (with a paying adult) and the hotel also features family rooms and interconnecting suites.

Holiday Inn Werribee also offers an impressive 491sqm of versatile meeting space, with the Cheetham Ballroom seating up to 240 guests. The hotel also features a spacious pre-function area along with access to the Moonah Terrace – an open air 142sqm balcony.
