Eat up: Truff debuts its tasty Black Truffle Oil in Australia

by James Wilkinson

The truffle brand with an innate ability to reimagine and elevate any humble household condiment, Truff, has launched its Black Truffle Oil in the Australian market.

For those who tend to stay away from spice, but gravitate toward luxury, consider this oil your latest home-cooking accomplice, as the cult hot sauce company continues to add epic new products to their portfolio.

Bringing its unifying ingredient front and centre, this oil is a delicate blend of Truff’s signature black winter truffle, now with a full-bodied and decadent olive oil of the finest quality.

The house recipe includes a carefully selected olive oil as a base to let the organic truffle richness really shine through. Add a few drops to your favourite pizza, go-to pasta, or roasted veggies to instantly add depth and dimension to any mundane meal.

“Go-to pantry items don’t have to be boring. We’re committed to continuously innovating and adding a sense of luxury to all of our customers’ kitchens – mostly with a kick, of course,” said Truff Co-Director of Australia and New Zealand, Steve Pirone.

“Black Truffle Oil is the newest in our lineup of best-selling products, with the same distinct premium quality,” he said.

Pirone said Truff continues to gain notoriety and challenge the culinary status quo, with its ultra-unique mixture of real black truffle and red chilli peppers.

He said in the past year alone, the young brand has quickly expanded its product portfolio welcoming ready-to-serve pasta sauces on top of their already popular premium hot sauce range.

Truff Black Truffle Oil is available for purchase for AU$39.95.
