A multi-million development is underway at Crown Perth to introduce more than a dozen new food, beverage and entertainment venues.

Representing the biggest investment at the hotel in almost a decade, the project includes a luxury wine bar, beer garden and a premium international food hall.

“Locals and visitors will soon have more options than ever at Crown Perth to grab a delicious and quick bite to eat, meet up with friends for dinner, or have a beer before or after the footy,” said Crown Perth CEO, Brian Pereira.

“Crown has been attracting new experiences, renowned restaurants and entertainment to the heart of Perth for 40 years – and we’re delighted to be expanding and reimagining this vibrant dining precinct.”

The Urban Food District will offer a variety of global cuisines and three new bars, alongside a vibrant outdoor beer garden and hidden speakeasy bar.

The luxury wine bar will honour Western Australia’s unique landscape, history and award-winning wine regions.

Western Australian owned and operated construction company Hoskins has been appointed to deliver the Urban Food District.

The construction will create 150 local jobs, with additional hospitality roles created when the venues open.
