Minor Hotels’ lifestyle brand Avani Hotels and Resorts is set to make its Singapore debut in 2027 with the opening of a 200-key new-build property.

Located at 24 Peck Seah Street, in the bustling Tanjong Pagar district, the 13-storey upscale property is a partnership with Singapore’s Kajima Development and Abu Dhabi-based Alwathba Investment.

“Avani Singapore represents a strategic market entry for Minor Hotels, and we are honoured to have our partners Kajima and Alwathba alongside us as we venture into Singapore’s hospitality sector,” said Minor International Group CEO and Minor Hotels CEO, Dillip Rajakarier.
