In Episode 20 of Series 02 of Wayfarer, award-winning host James Gregory Wilkinson is in Singapore and he looks at some of the best things to see and do in the Lion City.

In this segment, Wilkinson heads to popular business and leisure hotels Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore to check out some of the top restaurants and bars in the city, including JAAN by Kirk Westaway, SKAI bar and restaurant, The Stamford Brasserie and Italian eatery Prego.

Wilkinson catches-up with Chef Westaway to talk fine dining and his philosophy of ‘Reinventing British’, and Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford’s General Manager of Food and Beverage, Emmanuel Benardos, to chat about the fantastic bars and restaurants on offer.

GETTING TO SINGAPORE
