Panache seals first Sydney hotel with Accor deal
PHG will assume management of the Chatswood-based apartment hotel effective immediately, taking its existing line-up to three Accor properties across Australia, which includes Peppers Docklands Melbourne and Mantra on Hay in Perth.
The Sydney debut follows PHG’s growth momentum, with the group announcing an ambition to double its portfolio by the end of 2026. PHG confirmed intent to strengthen both branded and independent collaborations with leading hotel companies across Australia and to make an entry into the New Zealand market.

The Sebel Sydney Chatswood offers spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with a swimming pool, gym and meeting spaces. Using the nearby Sydney Metro guests can reach the CBD in under 15 minutes, making the hotel a strategic base for corporate travellers, extended stays, and leisure guests alike.
