Tuan Sing Holdings has united its riverside hospitality, retail and leisure spaces on Perth’s Terrace Road to form a landmark mixed-use destination.
The Langley, overlooking Langley Park and the Swan River, brings together Residence on Langley Park, formerly Hyatt Regency Perth, and retail and lifestyle hub, Shoppe on Langley Park.
“With The Langley, we are redefining riverside precincts in Perth,” said Tuan Sing Holdings Limited Chief Executive Officer, William Liem.
“By integrating premium accommodation, flexible commercial spaces, and dynamic retail and leisure offerings in one destination, we are delivering a precinct that reflects modern city life and the evolving needs of residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
“At the same time, The Langley enhances Perth’s appeal as a tourism destination, showcasing the city’s riverside lifestyle to both domestic and international travellers.”
Residence on Langley Park offers refined short and extended-stay serviced accommodation across 367 rooms and suites, a heated outdoor pool, sauna, and fully equipped gym.
In early 2025, 51 rooms were converted into serviced apartments, and further upgrades are scheduled for early 2026, including the addition of new pickleball courts.
The commercial precinct at 18 Terrace Road offers 14,800 square metres of flexible office space across three levels, and hundreds of car bays.
Shoppe on Langley Park features a diverse mix of retail, dining, medical, and fitness services, including Foodies Market (IGA), Next Practice Medical Centre, LuxeGlo Medical Aesthetics, Porters Liquor, Zambrero, Langley Park Nails, and Perth’s premier 24-hour boutique gym, The Track, with more retailers and lifestyle offerings to be announced.
“The Langley is more than a development, it’s a catalyst for Perth’s riverside lifestyle,” said Liem.
“It brings people together, supports business growth, and positions the city’s riverfront for a bold and sustainable future. With its blend of accommodation, workspaces, and leisure experiences, The Langley sets a new benchmark for how people live, work, and enjoy the city.”
