Tuan Sing Holdings has united its riverside hospitality, retail and leisure spaces on Perth’s Terrace Road to form a landmark mixed-use destination.

The Langley, overlooking Langley Park and the Swan River, brings together Residence on Langley Park, formerly Hyatt Regency Perth, and retail and lifestyle hub, Shoppe on Langley Park. “With The Langley, we are redefining riverside precincts in Perth,” said Tuan Sing Holdings Limited Chief Executive Officer, William Liem.
