With an electric mix of Israeli and Middle Eastern food – that recently turned 100% vegetarian as part of the brand’s ‘Year of the Veg’ campaign – and a cocktail list that’s up there with the best of Brisbane, ZA ZA TA is far from an average hotel restaurant or bar and it is constantly brimming with energy and character.
Leading the team is Ovolo Group’s Food & Beverage Director, Jared Thibault, who has brought a unique Rhode Island-Aussie spin on the drinks, atmosphere and energy to the happening venue.
