The House of Champagne Lanson has been one of the biggest movers and shakers in the French wine industry in recent years, thanks to the innovative ways of Chef de Cave, Hervé Dantan.

Lanson, which dates back to 1760 and is the ninth largest Champagne brand in the world, has continued to excel with its classic, prestige and more recently organic wines under the leadership of Dantan, who joined the house in 2013.

In an exclusive interview at the House of Champagne Lanson in Reims, outside Paris, Dantan talks to Wayfarer host James Wilkinson about the famous wines, the organic release, his winemaking philosophy and much more.
