Kavka is a premium vodka distilled and bottled in Poland that has been recently recently launched in Australia and it’s the ideal base for some of the top drinks this summer.

Kavka is made using traditional production methods from the 19th Century and it is reminiscent of how Polish Vodka used to taste: bold and full of personality.

Here are some of WAYFARER’s favourite Kavka cocktails to enjoy this summer.

01. KAVKA HONEY SMASH
Glass: Tall glass
Ingredients:
-40ml Kavka Vodka
-20ml lemon or lime juice
-10ml honey
-Ginger Beer
-Apple to garnish
Method: Pour vodka, lemon or lime juice and honey into a tall glass with ice. Add ginger beer and stir.
Garnish: Apple slices

02. KAVKA APPLE SPRITZ
Glass: White wine glass
Ingredients:
-30ml Kavka Vodka
-30ml Soda Water
-30ml Sparkling Wine
-4 Apple slices (thinly sliced)
Method: Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. Add Kavka Vodka, soda water and sparkling wine.
Garnish: Apple slices

03. KAVKA & PEAR CIDER
Glass: Tall
Ingredients:
-30ml Kavka Vodka
-Can or bottle of Hills Pear Cider
-Apple slices to garnish
Method: Pour the vodka over ice and top with cider
Garnish: Apple slices
