The award, which recognises organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and quality in their operations, which includes Plantation Island Resort, adults-only Lomani Island Resort and Spa, and Fiji Gateway Hotel.

The award was presented by His Excellency, the President of Fiji, Ratu Wiliame Katonivere.

Khan praised team members and commended their spirit of innovation and collaborative efforts, and referenced the strong leadership within the organization.

This year, the company’s Fiji Gateway Hotel commenced a two-storey expansion to meet the growing demand of transiting travellers, working to add 47 new guest rooms and suites by October 2025.
Earlier this year, Plantation Island Resort launched the UNESCO-endorsed BULA Reef nursery in collaboration with Corals for Conservation and opened the new Jungle Water Park with planned upgrades to pool areas, dining, and rooms.
Lomani Island Resort and Spa is on schedule to open its new immersive wellness offering, Lomani Spa, in December.
