Park Regis by Prince Singapore, part of Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts, has unveiled its official rebrand following an extensive room refurbishment.

The rebrand, which centres on ‘A Guest-Centric Future’, sees the introduction of innovative technologies, upgraded accommodation, and a unified loyalty program.

All 203 guest rooms in the Merchant Road property have been refurbished with contemporary interiors, high-speed Wi-Fi, 50-inch Smart TVs and premium amenities.

“We are thrilled to unveil the reimagined Park Regis by Prince Singapore, a beacon within Singapore’s vibrant business and cultural district,” said Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide President and CEO, Yoshiki Kaneda.

“This landmark addition to the Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts portfolio embodies our commitment to offering a sophisticated, yet warm and familiar experience, where impeccable service is paramount.

“This rebranding marks a new era of hospitality excellence, as we dedicate ourselves to upholding the highest standards of service in the world’s most thoughtful hotels.”

Park Regis by Prince will retain its iconic Fleur-de-lys logo, a symbol of the brand’s tri-cultural heritage – the three petals representing its Australian roots, its partnership with Japan, and its respect for local cultures and customs.

At the Singapore hotel, its studio-style accommodations is split into four distinct categories, including rooms with direct pool access.

A biophilic design aesthetic incorporates lush greenery within a minimalistic Japanese-inspired environment, reflecting its Australian heritage and the vibrant nature of Singapore.

Contactless check-in with mobile room key lock and casting capabilities, will elevate the guest experience.

“The rebranding of Park Regis by Prince Singapore reinforces our commitment to providing elevated hospitality experiences for our guests,” said Park Regis by Prince Singapore General Manager, Steven Tang.

“We look forward to welcoming our guests back to the refurbished Park Regis by Prince Singapore soon, to join us in the celebration of our milestones.

“By leveraging advanced technologies and incorporating bi-cultural heritage, we aim to create memorable stays for both local and international travellers.”

The room refurbishment is nearing completion and is slated for completion by the end of August, with the official launch on September 3.
