All Nippon Airways (ANA) has been named ‘2025 Airline of the Year’ by Air Transport World (ATW) at the 51st Annual Airline Industry Achievement Awards.

This is the fourth time ANA has received the award, following 2007, 2013, and 2018, the most among Asian airlines.

“We are delighted to receive the Airline of the Year award,” said ANA’s President and CEO Shinichi Inoue.

“This award is proof that ANA’s safety, high hospitality, efforts to enhance the value of customer experience, expansion of the global network, and the daily efforts of our employees have been recognized.

“ANA remains dedicated to shaping the future of air travel by continuing to exceed the expectations of our customers.”

Inoue said ANA enhances the value of the entire experience by focusing not only on the direct contact with the customer, but also by considering the “from before and after the flight” as a single journey.

In addition, ANA has further expanded its network with the Milan, Stockholm, and Istanbul routes launched since last December.

Through continuous efforts in safety and customer experience, ANA will continue to strive for sustainable growth as the world’s leading airline.
