The inaugural Andaz hotel in the Pacific has started taking reservations ahead of its late 2026 opening in the heart of Broadbeach.

The global lifestyle brand will bring the design-led, locally rooted approach of the Andaz brand to the Gold Coast for its Australian debut, surrounded by Broadbeach’s resorts, dining, entertainment, nightlife and shopping precinct.

The hotel will feature 202 contemporary guestrooms and suites, culinary and social spaces, elevated wellness experiences and an expansive pool deck conceived as a vibrant day-to-night destination.

Guest rooms will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, expressive interiors and premium in-room amenities, with select rooms also providing private outdoor spaces, while suites will offer generous living and entertaining areas. The hotel’s signature Andaz Residence Suite catering for longer stays will offer an expansive entertainer’s terrace and spacious indoor-outdoor living areas.

“Andaz Gold Coast represents an important milestone as the Andaz brand prepares to debut in Australia and the Pacific,” Hyatt Executive Vice President and Group President, Asia Pacific, David Udell said.

“The hotel has been designed to capture the optimism, creative energy and natural contrasts of the Gold Coast, giving guests new ways to experience the destination through design, food, culture and personal discovery.”

“We look forward to welcoming guests into a hotel that feels unmistakably of the Gold Coast,” Andaz Gold Coast General Manager, Saraid Carey said.

“From sunrise-lit guestrooms and expressive dining to afternoons around the pool and cocktails at golden hour, every element has been shaped around the way people want to experience this destination.”

Design for the Andaz Gold Coast was conceived by Australian architecture firm DBI Architects, with interiors by Hachem. Inspired by the coastline, the hotel features warm tones, shifting light, expressive materials and lush green references across its decor.

Dining options at Andaz Gold Coast include Nove Restaurant and Bar, featuring Mediterranean produce with fire-led cooking and shared dining. In addition guests can unwind at either Vista Lounge or the intimate Verde Bar and outside, the expansive Andaz Pool Club will offer private cabanas, cocktails and dining. Wellness facilities include a Technogym fitness centre alongside a program of locally connected experiences.
