A landmark deal seals The Mondrian Lounge at Platinum as the first collaboration between a luxury hotel brand and a fixed based operator anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Platinum Business Aviation Centre announced the partnership with Mondrian Gold Coast to open the first luxury branded private aviation lounge located within its private terminal at Gold Coast Airport.

The Mondrian Lounge at Platinum will transform the pre‑flight experience for private aviation guests, bringing together luxury travel, hospitality and seamless aircraft handling in one refined environment, the group stated.

The new lounge will feature a hotel inspired lounge environment designed in collaboration with Mondrian Gold Coast, a private space for passengers and crew before departure or after arrival, and hospitality aligned with the standards of a luxury hotel experience.

“The introduction of the Mondrian Lounge at Platinum represents a new era for the private aviation experience in Australia. Co-Managing Partner of Vitale Property Group and co-owner of Mondrian Gold Coast Letitia Vitale said the collaboration aligns naturally with the hotel’s DNA and philosophy.
