The former Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne is set to be completely refurbished and rebranded following the signing of a management deal between owners and EVT, set to take effect on January 1, 2026.

All 184 guest rooms, food and beverage outlets and public areas will be refurbished and the hotel rebranded to Rydges Flagstaff Gardens upon completion in 2026. “We are proud to have been chosen to take on the management of the Flagstaff Gardens property,” said EVT Director of Development, Peter Hill. “At EVT we pride ourselves on being well credentialled, passionate hotel owners and operators, and look forward to adding value to this Goldquest property under the Rydges brand.
