Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific launches VIP Club experience with new director role to boot

Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific hotel has introduced a new VIP experience for guests who book from a range of 15 premium suites and ocean-view rooms.

The Pacific Club experience gives guests access to a range of perks including a personal concierge, exclusive daily cocktail hour, valet parking and private transfers for travel around the local area.

The experience will be led by a Director of VIP Services – a newly-created role to ensure a seamless roll out and enhanced customer touchpoints.

“When the world is progressively moving away from human contact, we are excited to be enhancing the human experience and delivering an exceptional product to Terrigal,” said Crowne Plaza Terrigal General Manager, Mark Roth.

“Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is an iconic part of the region, and this brand-new experience is set to bring new heights to the service we are already renowned for Pacific.”

The Pacific Club rooms include a selection of refurbished rooms, designed by leading Australian designer Coco Republic and inspired by the coastal setting.

Each room option provides views of Terrigal Beach and features an Endota-designed in-room wellness kit, deluxe mini-bar and Grown Alchemist amenities.

The hotel recently opened Meribella restaurant and bar, led by Michelin-star Head Chef Joshua Mason.

Guests of the Pacific Club will have guaranteed bookings to the in-demand restaurant, alongside daily complimentary cocktail hour in Meribella bar.

Through the hotel’s partnership with Worthington BMW, Pacific Club members will have the option of booking private transfers to explore the surrounds.
