Hilton has signed an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings for a Conrad Hotels and Resorts property in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Expected to open in 2027, Conrad Los Cabos will usher in a new era of luxury hospitality and resort living to Mexico’s state of Baja California Sur, a stunning coastal destination known for its dramatic desert landscapes, pristine beaches and scenic mountain ranges.

Conrad Los Cabos will mark the brand’s debut in the Baja California peninsula, where Hilton currently welcomes guests across eight properties.

“The signing of Conrad Los Cabos is a significant milestone for Hilton’s expanding luxury portfolio in Mexico,” said Hilton senior vice president, development, architecture, design and construction, Caribbean and Latin America, Juan Corvinos.

“It symbolizes our unwavering commitment to providing enriching and purposeful experiences that transcend the ordinary in highly coveted destinations like Los Cabos.

“We look forward to welcoming our guests and residents to Conrad Los Cabos and strengthening our luxury portfolio in the country in partnership with our esteemed long-standing partner, Parks Hospitality Holdings.”

Conrad Los Cabos will seamlessly blend bold design, impactful experiences, and curated contemporary art, inviting conscientious luxury travelers to immerse themselves in the beauty of Baja California Sur. Designed by the renowned Legorreta Architects, the resort’s aesthetic draws inspiration from the region’s natural elements, featuring a terracotta and sand color palette, local materials, and art reflective of Baja California Sur’s flora and fauna.

The resort will offer 175 thoughtfully designed accommodations. This includes 111 spacious guest rooms, each boasting over 500 square feet of interior space, more than 200 square feet of outdoor living space, and private plunge pools.

For those seeking additional space and exclusivity, 21 contemporary suites will overlook the property’s pristine golden sand beach and feature oversized plunge pools, ideal for families or longer stays.

“We are honored to strengthen our partnership with Hilton as we introduce the extraordinary Conrad Los Cabos to Mexico’s growing luxury hospitality landscape,” said Parks Holdings CEO, Charles Elmann Fasja.

“This iconic resort will join our distinguished portfolio of Hilton properties, including Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya and Waldorf Astoria Cancun, elevating the benchmark for excellence in the region.

“Mexico is uniquely positioned to become a world leader in luxury travel, offering an unmatched combination of cultural richness, artistic heritage, and culinary mastery, all set against the stunning beauty of its natural landscapes.”

Additionally, 43 Conrad Residences will feature two-to-four-bedroom layouts, each designed with expansive terraces and outdoor living areas, delivering the ultimate in resort-style living.

Prioritizing wellness and relaxation, the resort will feature a 3,000-square-foot spa with 10 treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a bridal suite with a full-service salon. Guests can unwind across numerous resort-style pools, outdoor decks, and a lawn for social gatherings, while families enjoy daily activities at the dedicated Teen and Kids Clubs.

Culinary excellence will shine through five dining venues, including an all-day restaurant, specialty restaurant, pool bar and grill, beach bar and grill, and a lobby bar showcasing breathtaking sunsets. Additional amenities include luxury boutique shops and over 500 square feet of meeting space.

Hilton’s continued growth in Mexico builds on its momentum in the Caribbean and Latin America region, where the company has more than 270 open hotels and a robust pipeline of 135 hotels.
