A $3.2 million resort refurbishment project is underway at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour with its new look rooms set to be revealed at the end of August.

All 60 rooms – a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom standard, deluxe, grand, and presidential apartments – are set to be completely renovated with new wood-look vinyl flooring, fresh carpets, shower screens, furnishings, and artwork to be added.

Grand and presidential apartments will also be fitted with new bathroom vanities and bespoke design elements

The resort, which is managed by Travel and Leisure Co. and part of Club Wyndham South Pacific, will take design inspiration from its coastal surroundings, introducing a vibrant colour palette of hot pinks and pastel shades of green, orange and blue.

Customised carpets will mimic sea foam meeting shell-laden sand, while woven textures and white timber shutters will also embrace the coastal ambience.

“The decor reflects the colours of summer and evokes the feeling of idyllic beach days with a chic coastal theme,” said Travel and Leisure Co. Senior Manager of Projects and Design, Vera Garner.

Kitchens will be redesigned for improved functionality, with lighting and technological upgrades such as international and USB-C power outlets to further enhance the guest experience.

With the addition of new furniture and fixtures, all furniture that will no longer be in use at the hotel will be donated to Lifeline to help those in need.

“We are excited to offer an incredible transformation at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour,” said Travel and Leisure Co. Senior Vice President of Resort Operations Asia Pacific, Warren Cullum.

“Our design team is creating something truly exceptional for our club members and guests. We can’t wait to unveil the refurbishment this August, which will provide a fresh new experience for visitors to the Coffs Coast.”

Located within the Pacific Bay Resort, Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour guests also have access to facilities within the precinct, including a golf course, tennis courts, multiple swimming pools, nature tracks, mountain bikes, the Bayside Bar and Grill, Tranquillity Day Spa and onsite barbecues.

Data shared by the company shows Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour had 5,100 bookings in 2023 with an average spend of AU$3,538 per party per trip, contributing an estimated AU$20.4 million to the Coffs Harbour economy annually. The resort m
