Available from Thursday to Sunday and priced at AU$85 per person (minimum two people), the menu features local produce alongside bottomless wines (sparkling, red, white and rosé) and mimosas.
“Our new bottomless brunch menu works in the same way as any other menu at Rocker… good quality and ethically sourced products, treated with respect and presented beautifully,” says Rocker’s Head Chef and Co-owner, Stuart Toon.
Top dishes on the menu include burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil; prosciutto and Sydney rockmelon; free-range roast chicken with truffled parsnip puree, asparagus, beans, peas and jus; and for dessert, a tasty summer pavlova with berries, passionfruit and lemon curd.
Rocker’s bottomless brunch is available from 12pm-3pm on Thursday and Friday, 11am-3pm on Saturday and 11am-1pm on Sundays.
Two hours of bottomless wines and mimosas is included and Rocker can take table bookings of up to 30 people.
