The partnership will allow ALL Accor members to convert Reward Points into Airpoints Dollars – with 2,000 ALL Reward Points equating to 30 Airpoints Dollars – redeemable for flights, seat upgrades, rental cars and a wider-range of travel-related products through Air New Zealand.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Air New Zealand to bring our members even more value,” said Accor’s Chief Commercial Officer, Middle East Asia Pacific, Premium, Midscale and Economy, Kerry Healy.
“This collaboration gives ALL members more choice in how they can use their rewards – whether on the ground with memorable hotel experiences or in the air with seamless travel across the Air New Zealand network.”
Accor’s Chief Operating Officer for the Pacific, Adrian Williams, said the strategic partnership strengthens Accor’s loyalty ecosystem, “extending the value of ALL Accor members’ points beyond hotel stay”.
“By connecting our offerings, we’re reinforcing our commitment to delivering seamless and rewarding travel experiences for our valued members,” he added.
Air New Zealand General Manager Loyalty, Alexander Larsen, said the move meets customer demand for flexible rewards.
“We’re always looking for new ways to enhance our loyalty offering. We get great feedback from customers when they’re offered new ways to grow their Airpoints balance, and this partnership with ALL Accor delivers exactly that,” Larsen said.
“Airpoints can be used to purchase any available seat across the entire Air New Zealand network, so whether it’s a city escape in Wellington, a family holiday in the Gold Coast, or a non-stop flight to New York, ALL Accor members now have access to a world of travel and reward options with Air New Zealand.”
