A taste of Rosewood at The Pier First Class lounge

Continuing its culinary journey with Rosewood Hong Kong at The Pier First Class lounge, Cathay Pacific is offering a new limited-time exclusive tasting menu, co-created with Michelin-starred The Legacy House to bring doubly refined Cantonese classics.

The new menu puts traditional southern Chinese cuisine in the limelight, which guests can enjoy alongside specially crafted cocktails by the team at DarkSide – listed in Asia’s 50 Best Bars for three consecutive years.

The exciting menu is available at The Pier, First until the summer, when it will once again be refreshed with a new, equally tantalising dining selection, according to Cathay Pacific.
