Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has officially opened, marking a milestone following an agreement between Frasers Hospitality and Marriott International.

Located within the Bugis precinct, one of Singapore’s most storied neighbourhoods, it is the first property within the brand’s portfolio and is set to embark on a restoration journey to enhance its distinctive identity as a cultural landmark, drawing from its nearby districts.

Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore will undergo a phased transformation and once fully completed, the hotel will offer over 400 guest rooms and suites, drawing inspiration from the locale’s layered heritage.

“This strategic move crystallises our commitment to value creation through thoughtful asset enhancement, while rejuvenating a treasured property long entwined with Singapore’s cultural icon to restore its timeless expression of place, history, and modern luxury.”

In addition, its existing collection of dining destinations, ranging from modern Cantonese cuisine to refined Western gastronomy, will evolve into renewed culinary concepts.

The property’s approximately 1,000 sqm of versatile event space, including its grand ballroom, will stay open for meetings and events. “Reimagined venues will elevate these experiences with refreshed design, modern comforts, and heritage-inspired accents,” the hotel stated.
