Marking its second acquisition in just three months, Mandala Hotels & Resorts has expanded its regional footprint taking over and rebranding Travelodge Hotel Hobart Airport to Mantra Hobart Airport under a franchise agreement with Accor.

The hotel will undergo a soft refurbishment until March 2026, and is expected to secure overnight transit guests, airline crews, golf enthusiasts and the growing coach and group travel market, offering quick and easy access to Hobart International Airport following a year of record passenger growth and route expansion.
