The recently opened Lotus Bowral offers Chinese cuisine with a “hyper-local twist” and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
“Diners can expect a blend of favourite Lotus dishes and beverages alongside exciting new menu items showcasing the region’s amazing produce,” the group said in a statement.
The on-site restaurant will be complemented by Marilo, a new contemporary fusion offering from Lotus Dining Group that includes in-room dining, Harvey’s bar, and conference and events packages.
Marilo offers contemporary Australian cuisine that appeals to a wide variety of palates.
The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Tiffany Jones, in collaboration with Lotus’ Executive Chef Steve Wu, will curate a calendar of events that celebrate local food and wine.
