Wayfarer set for Sky News Australia debut on Jan 30

Wayfarer, the world’s newest executive travel TV show, is set to debut on Sky News Australia’s Business Channel on Tuesday, January 30 (AEST).

Hosted by award-winning travel editor James Wilkinson and sponsored by Cover-More Travel Insurance, Wayfarer will be broadcast in HD on Foxtel channel 290 and in SD on channel 602 on a weekly basis from Jan 30-Mar 20.

Destinations in series one include London, New York, Paris, Los Angeles, Berlin, Singapore, Honolulu and Maui and on each episode, Wayfarer uncovers the best hotels, bars, restaurants, galleries and much more.

On the first episode on Jan 30, Wilkinson is in London and takes viewers through British Airways’ flagship Terminal 5 at London Heathrow Airport, inside the Mondrian hotel at Sea Containers, speaks to Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, goes around East London’s hip Shoreditch neighbourhood, looks at the top suite at the Dorchester Hotel, around leading department store Fortnum and Mason and much more.
